The Brantford Family Health Organization was established in 2008. We are the largest Family Health Organization (FHO) in Brant County serving 27 family medical practices in Brant.
Patients with: Recent travel to Europe (especially Italy), Iran, Korea or China in the past 14 days OR close contact or exposure to confirmed case of COVID19. Patients with these risk factors for COVID19 need to:
Self-isolate and stay at home for 14 days since last being outside of Canada or contact with COVID case,
Notify Telehealth 1-866-797-0000 or
call Brant Health Unit (519-753-4937) for further assessment,
Self-monitor for fever, cough, or difficulty breathing
If these patients with RISK FACTORS ABOVE develop symptoms of COVID19 (fever, cough, difficulty breathing):
Patients who do not have risk factors for COVID19 and/or have only mild symptoms of respiratory illness or cold, do not need to be seen at ER.
To help prevent the spread of all types of respiratory illnesses, including influenza:

The BFHO After Hours Clinic moves to the following address effective April 1, 2019.

Monday to Friday: 5:00pm to 8:00pm
Saturday and Sundays (excluding holidays): 10:00am to 1:00pm
Pre-registration starts 30 minutes before official clinic start time. The BFHO reserves the right to close registration early based on patient load.
Parking is available behind the Terrace Hill building. Cost is $5.00 for patients, free if you fill your prescription at the pharmacy next door.
